Paul Smith Sensei (6th Dan, Tetsushinkan Aikido) and Colman Glynn Sensei (BAF, 6th Dan, Shidoin) will be hosting a course on Saturday 11 May from 13:00 until 16:30. The course will include a focus on kihondachi, the five foundation kata of Kashima Shin Ryu.
The class on Sunday 12 May will be lead by Colman Glynn Sensei from 10:30 until 13:30.
